Upon cancellation approval, the refund process will be initiated within 7 working days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days from the date of processing, subject to bank processing timelines.

Our services are available to individuals and businesses in Delhi NCR. By booking a service, you confirm ownership or authorization for repairs.

3. Pricing & Payments

Service charges vary based on repair complexity. A diagnostic fee may apply before repairs. Payment is due upon service completion via cash, UPI, or online transfer.

4. Warranties

Repairs include a 30-day service warranty (unless specified). Warranty voids if the device is tampered with by unauthorized personnel.

5. Liability

We are not liable for data loss; clients must back up data before service. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations require 24 hours' notice. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 business days.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Delhi courts.
